Great recipe! I make this salad a lot too and am from Eastern Europe as well. We usually use the chicken and veggies from our chicken soup to make this. Ours is pretty much the same. Just a little tip, before you make these salads, try out the recipe first always and the contraptions to make sure they work like they are supposed to before doing it for an audience. Edit more.

Бажаю вам Щастя з вашим новим Програму!!!🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻❤️🙋🏻🌹 I love your Mom-God bless her. Please ask Mama if she knows how to make Honey Cake ( Медівник). My mother gave me the recipe years ago, but moving so many times, I’ve lost it💔😪. If Mama knows bakery too, can you share? I’m subscribed to your channel. It’s never to late to learn anything-I’m 70 years old. My parents were from Ukraine. When I was younger, I didn’t feel like helping my mother with her cooking. Now I regret it. Hopefully I can learn again with your mother’s help and you sharing it with us all. All the very best of luck to all of you! Многая літа! Орися Евін (NY)🙋🏻🌹❤️🇺🇦

You only need salt, black pepper, coriander and maybe nutmeg. Balsamic vinegar gives it a nice taste but you can use any vinegar.I leave my meat in the vinegar for twenty four hours then I take it out and slightly press the meat into a tray with the spices. Hang it up straight away.Don’t dry the meat off. The vinegar kills the bacteria in the meat, so the longer the better.🇿🇦🇦🇺🇬🇪🇷🇺🇷🇺🇷🇺
